Coordinate error[edit]

The following coordinate fix was needed for Wakinosawa, Aomori. (I've just performed it.)

Previous coordinates: 40° 8′ 30.8″ N. latitude, 140° 49′ 9.8″ E. longitude

Correct coordinates: 41° 8′ 30.8″ N. latitude, 140° 49′ 9.8″ E. longitude

The previous coordinates (added back in 2009 by this edit) put it well inland, in the middle of mountains, far from the location given in the article, and no correspondingly named feature can be seen on Google Maps. The correct coordinates assume a typo of one degree in the latitude. The result is very close to the location in the earliest versions of the article (removed in 2008 by this edit). It matches the location as described in the article and shown on the prefecture inset map, and it matches features seen on Google Maps.
