Unsourced claims[edit]

This content: "The theater closed in 2014 as the structure had been allowed the structure to fall into a state of severe disrepair. A new management board is currently seeking emergency funding to implement repairs sufficient to prevent further, perhaps fatal, structural deterioration from water damage, and then to implement a complete restoration", not only is grammatically confusing (as the structure had been allowed the structure); but the following sentence sounds promotional for campaign funds and does not give any dates in regarding to "As of [date]". This is not history unless there is continuous coverage to back the claim without WP:RECENTISM. It should be removed until that time. Maineartists (talk) 20:25, 16 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
