General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article is new and long enough, hook interesting and cited. Only issue is the similarity to the source mentioned above, should be good once that's resolved.
