The version that has Rita Coolidge and Boz Scaggs' version spliced together, is not only "reported", it's true. An aircheck exists of WCCO-FM in Minneapolis that includes a snippet (most of the track was edited, or "scoped" out for music licensing issues) of it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.127.73.222 (talk) 19:51, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the item can be stated more emphatically without some substantive source being cited - preferably a source that indicates the spliced track aired on a good number of stations rather than being unique to WCCO-FM.--Cherrylimerickey (talk) 00:39, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There is a cover version in German ("Wir sind alle mal allein") listed with GEMA, but apparently, it has never been published. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.0.153.173 (talk) 03:45, 25 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I can recall hearing the spliced version on the old WDC AM WMAL, which at the time was an "easy listening" station. 71.179.12.173 (talk) 03:50, 14 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
