Under construction[edit]

I have created this article, and although I am (clearly) a Blackpool fan I have done so with the intent of editing it as NPOV. There is plenty of information that can be added to the article, such as:

  1. A statistics section with full details of all matches between the two clubs.
  2. Details from local newspapers such as the Blackpool Gazette and the Lancashire Evening Post (using the online editions for sources) with information about matches and the rivalry.
  3. Details of players who have played for both clubs, in particular players who have transferred directly between the two clubs (as they are few and far between, such as Tony Ellis.
  4. Any other relevant (sourced) information.

I think this has to be the most one sided point of view I've seen for something on Wikipedia. Anyone who reads this will think Blackpool are the bigger club with a bigger fan base and better history and we all know thats not true. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Seanybizzle (talkcontribs) 22:58, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

With respect, I requested input above nearly four months ago. Not a lot I can do if that hasn't happened from any users who support PNE. If you have sourced content that is relevant to the article then by all means add it.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 23:52, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If his final six words are anything to go by, here's hoping he keeps away from the article. - Dudesleeper / Talk 17:45, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Traitors[edit]

Outside-right Alec Reid has also played for both clubs, but I won't add him since he doesn't have an article and haven't researched his PNE years. - Dudesleeper / Talk 19:09, 15 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
