Well that might also be true. There's a few other obscure terms used in this article. But the edit history shows an editor introducing this change from the longstanding "Duty system" when otherwise simplifying the headers, so a typo seems more likely. Any West Sussex experts with a view on local dialects or alternate meanings of "nystem," feel free to add them below. :) -- Euryalus (talk) 12:06, 29 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
