Freetown[edit]
Does Freetown has a municipal/local government independent of the Western Area government? Or, is Freetown administered directly at the district level? This should probably be made clear on this page, Freetown's page, or both. --Criticalthinker (talk) 13:17, 14 May 2015 (UTC)
