Two lighthouses[edit]

According to the article: Westkapelle is mainly known because of its lighthouse. I removed the word mainly, because it is a gross exaggeration. More importantly: what the article didn't mention at all, is that the village has two active lighthouses; only the tall one was mentioned. So I moved the paragraph down, placed it in into its own section, added a few words about the short lighthouse, and a bit of explanation on how both lights work together as leading lights.
