The Wicked Good Cupcakes Logo needs to be changed to the new and updated version. I have the file and am authorized to change this, but my account is not autoconfirmed, and I want to avoid a COI. What is the best way to move forward?:

Hi @TaylorFromHickoryFarms: We have 2 pages, First is WP:IUP describing policies on what images we may use. If you find the appropriate section on that page, and determine that we may use it, you can look at WP:UPI for how to upload on Wikipedia or on Commons.
