Name[edit]

I note that both the ODNB and the London Gazette give his third forename as Francis. The ODNB is the most "academic" source given, and the Gazette forms part of the official record (though I've know discrepancies Frederic John Walker is sometimes given a "k" at the end of his first name in Gazette entries), so I've gone with that, but acknowledged that other sources give Frank instead.
