Weeford Estate?[edit]

Local estate agents refer to a part of Willenhall as Weeford Estate (the residential area bounded by Yarningale Road, London Road and St James Lane). Anyone know anything more about this ? and where the name has come from ? Going by Google it appears to be chiefly estate agents who give this area that name. I think it was used to give the area a more up market name and avoid the bad reputation of the Willenhall council estate. Keith D (talk) 23:20, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Plaque[edit]

The plaque commemorating the air crash is bizarre - read the accident report - it was pilot error all the way and the aircraft crashed immediately after striking a pylon. In no way were the crew able to take any action to avoid hitting residences on the ground, the fact that it didn't do so was simple luck. 124.179.57.12 (talk) 12:09, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There may be a separate article on the crash, but if there is not you might like to write an article and include details from reports. Snowman (talk) 16:01, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
