Title[edit]

Why is this not simply "William Arthur"? None of the sources listed here, and none I can find (Navy Lists or ADM 196/* at The National Archives) identify him with a middle name or initial. DulcetTone (talk) 16:04, 30 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
