Alcoholism[edit]

Why is this an entire category??? It seems rather unnecessary & quite clearly an attempt to smear the man. This category should either be deleted in its entirety or added to a “personal life” tab. In my entire time on Wikipedia I’ve yet to see “Alcoholism” be used as an entire category to describe someone, even when talking about someone as notorious for drinking as Michael Malloy or, General Huerta. This is needless slander against a brilliant man. 2607:FEA8:AAAA:6D00:2D2D:6331:5B9E:4AE4 (talk) 04:01, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

While the heading could probably be edited for improvement, to suggest that this amounts to a smear or slander is a bit over-the-top. It certainly plays a significant role in his relationship with Ford as well as being an important part of his move away from British Israelism to the Unity Movement (of which he eventually became a minister). It was significant enough for Ruddiman to discuss it openly in the ``Ford Reminiscences Oral Histories`` transcriptions that were done for Ford Motor's 50th anniversary. To call Cameron a brilliant man sounds as if you have a bias, so you might want to consider whether your POV is truly neutral here. ButlerBlog (talk) 14:05, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
