MP?[edit]

The page says that "In 1374 he and his brother John were summoned to the Parliament of Ireland in Dublin as two of the King's counsel.", citing Graves, James The History, Architecture and Antiquities of the Cathedral Church of St Canice Kilkenny Hodges Smith Dublin 1857 p 154. I am doubtful as to whether this makes him a Member of Parliament, so as to be categorised in "Members of the Parliament of Ireland (pre-1801)". Compare the statement in State_Opening_of_Parliament#Significance that "Her Majesty's Judges, although not members of either House, are summoned to attend and represent the judiciary". Thoughts?
