The same copyvio is duplicated for all three brothers, with the "generic" birth/death date and the same content.

I reviewed the copyvio, and just gave it a re-write rather that deleting. Facts cannot be copyrighted, and there was already a reasonable attempt to make the Wikipedia article different to the quoted website ([1]).--Commander Keane 04:45, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Another note, I have redirected the two brother's articles here. Maybe one central article can develop. They are Walter C. White & Rollin H. White--Commander Keane 04:55, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article doesn't look like there was an effort to re-write it either before or after the copyvio, as this link and this link clearly show. I am not sure on what your claim for a "reasonable attempt" is based here.

It is true that facts cannot be copyrighted, but the order of facts, the claims, adjectives, and the partially correct (and sometimes entirely wrong) facts -- when coming in the same order as in the original still make it a copyvio. I cannot see any reason to expand this and create a central article, when this is still based on copyvio. It might be better to rely on more extensive sources such as the one here or here. Until that happens, it's still copyvio. Ori Redler 15:05, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

True. I have now fully rewritten the article. – Quadell (talk) (bounties) 13:05, 5 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
