Question[edit]

is the edit above this section true??? can you please clarify if it is supposed to be in a section or is it supposed to be removed in this Discussion.... Thanks! Junglefury18 (talk) 17:20, 15 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There is a misspell in the "Journey to the Center of Mason" section - "relastion" should be "relation". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.49.233.18 (talkcontribs) 22:31, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, it should be relationship; it's fixed regardless. —C.Fred (talk) 22:48, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nxt[edit]

i'm pretty sure the plot of the next episode involves Max being turned into a girl. Special Guest Appearence by: Bailee Maddison

"Pretty sure" isn't good enough. Everything has to be verifiable, attributable to reliable secondary sources. --AussieLegend (talk) 00:30, 28 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I am positive about what the previous person stated. I saw the episode and what happens is Jerry tries to get Max to join a prestigious wizard club to make him more sophisticated. He ends up making it into the club only to be their clown. When Justin begins to catch up in the wizard competition, in fear of losing his position of president (Justin could replace him if he gets ahead in the competition), the president of the club convinces Max to change the date of the wizards competition so Alex and Justin have no chance of winning. Alex and Justin both outraged to hear this news morph into Max and go to the Wizard Family Competition Commissioners Office to change the date themselves when they accidentally bump into each other, causing confusion by Helen (the secretary in the Wizard Family Competition Commissioners Office, previously seen in "Alex Gives Up"). When the real Max comes in, to change back the date of the wizard competition, he is angered to see the Alex and Justin went behind his back, and he says that he will not change back the date. When Alex and Justin hear this news, they both freak out, causing them to cast two different spells on Max, creating a morphed spell, turning him into a little girl. When Justin tries turning him back, and he can't, he sees how long the spell will last, and it turns out that the length of the spell is indefinite, and they are not sure when Max will turn back.

I am positive about this and if you would like to have the correct summary of the episode, you should put this on... It is alot more accurate than what is currently posted for the episode "Three Maxes and a Little Lady" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.239.17.28 (talkcontribs) 18:42, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As has already been indicated above, everything must be verifiable and supported by reliable sources. --AussieLegend (talk) 18:57, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
My eyes and ears are a reliable source. What source was the information in the episode summary from? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.239.17.28 (talk) 19:13, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm afraid that Wikipedia doesn't see it that way. Your eyes and ears constitute original research. The episode summary in the article has been removed as it is uncited and contradicted by actual reliable sources.[1] --AussieLegend (talk) 20:07, 1 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Lets just see when the episode comes out who right. I know I am. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.239.17.28 (talk) 05:36, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't matter whether you're right. Everything added to Wikipedia has to be verifiable. It's a Wikipedia core policy. --AussieLegend (talk) 07:22, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

{{edit semi-protected}} Typo under episode 84. Should be "indefinitely" in the sentence, "Test Results: Max will be Maxine Indefinetley!"

76.1.137.151 (talk) 01:29, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not done Valid identification of spelling error but the word has been deleted as it was part of a bad bunch of edits that removed content and hid a cited episode while adding uncited content. --AussieLegend (talk) 02:12, 2 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

INFORMATION AND REAL RELIABLE SOURCES![edit]

Max does become Maxine here are the sources <linkvio removed> and <linkvio removed> this is actually what happens: Jerry tries to get Max into the sophisticated wizards of the world club. Meanwhile Alex joins Justin's delinquent class to get ahead in the wizard competition. The club accepts Max because they want him to be their personal buffoon, so to make sure that Justin and Alex don't beat him in the wizard competition they get Max to move it forward a year. Alex and Justin are upset by this so they both transform into Max and show up at the wizard family counseling office after each other intending to change the date back, while Jerry realizes that the club is just using Max so tells him to quit the club and move the wizard competition back to it's original date. Max shows up at the wizard family counseling office at the same time as Alex and Justin, so this weirds Helen out so she changes the date back. Alex and Justin change themselves back at the same time so their spells collide and turn Max into a little girl (Maxine). When they all get back to the lair they conduct a test to see how long the spell will last- indefinitely.

INCORRECT AIRDATE![edit]

the air date for wizards vs angels has to be changed it is not 18th feb but the 4th feb sources: http://disneyinfonet.com/2011/01/16/wizards-of-waverly-place-wizards-vs-angels/ and http://wiki.answers.com/Q/When_will_Wizards_vs_Angels_be_coming_out and the official disney promo <Linkvio removed> Lilmissrusso (talk) 20:13, 23 January 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lilmissrusso (talkcontribs) 20:11, 23 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disneyinfonet.com is not a reliable source because it's a forum post, anything with "wiki" in the name, like "wiki.answers.com" is not generally considered to be reliable either. The last link is a WP:LINKVIO, which I've removed because of that reason, and it doesn't state what market the ad was aimed for. The mere fact that it's a linkvio means it can't be used a reference anyway. MSN, which is a reliable source says February 18, so that's what we have to use. --AussieLegend (talk) 10:34, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Episode Summaries[edit]

Don't you think they are over-detailed and contain unnecessary things?--Babar Suhail (talk) 22:20, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Apt 13 Episode description not available[edit]

I think that you should post the Apt 13 Episode description which is: (Alex and Harper move into an apartment building with a secret 13th floor for wizards and other mythological creatures. Alex believes she’s finally moving from her werewolf ex-boyfriend Mason until she discovers he now lives on the same floor and will stop at nothing to win her back. ) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.34.145.84 (talk) 11:28, 22 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Both of the provided urls constitute linking to violations of copyrighted works and have been removed accordingly. WP:LINKVIOs do not constitute reliable sources, so they can't be used as references, which are needed for future episodes in order to meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy. --AussieLegend (talk) 10:21, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

SPELLING ERROR[edit]

In Wizards vs Everything, there is a spelling mistake. "she convines Justin to join." I think convines is supposed to be convinces. Please fix it somebody. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.242.65.112 (talk) 02:16, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removal of spells and other trivia[edit]

As has been the case with the first three seasons of the series, I have removed from the episode summaries spells, magical objects, etc., as non-notable trivia. These would be OK in Wikia or fan sites, but not Wikipedia (as these are indiscriminate collections of information). I also removed unsourced material or trivia found in many notes. Some notes I retained, such as when Bailee Madison made her appearance for a few episodes as the female version of Max (Maxine) and Jake T. Austin's absence while his character was a girl. I'm sifting thru the long note for the finale and allowed it to stay for now; on first glance, there appears to be at least some removable trivia. There have certainly been a lot of mentions across the four season articles about how something happening in one episode is inconsistent with what happened in an earlier or later episode (i.e., continuity problems), which is good for fans of the show to know, but again, these mentions are plain trivia and cruft, and go against what Wikipedia is not.

The diff of my mass removal of content, per my explanation here and in the edit's summary, for other editors to check.
