Parking without consideration for neighbours[edit]

I live down Elizabeth Road, there is it an abandoned Fiat car I do not think it’s been reported. Also a Halls lorry parked on the pathway. Why is a company lorry parking down a residential street. with no consideration for neighbours, or even people wishing to visit family . As the grass is so high, it is advisable to park on such high grass. My friends car said please remove your car from this area. people should not have to pay their council tax and look at ugly monstrosity. I believe it’s also been parked on the grass I would not be happy to look out of my window and be faced with a large vehicle as a view.why cannot be not be parked in the companies car park. are the council allowing this to happen are they going to reduce our council tax for wear and tear on the road as it’s a heavy vehicle?
