Superman feeling like a has been?[edit]

Can we get a citation on this? I'm no where near even a wannabe expert on Superman... but it just seems to me that one of the many things Superman is impervious to would be self pity. Marvel's Copyright[edit]

Any information on how DC was able to get around Marvel's copyright on the "Wonder Man" name?
