I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Workers Revolutionary Party of Colombia → Revolutionary Workers' Party of Colombia — This is a more natural sounding translation, and google indicates that it is more often used. sorry, i had not noticed the move request. I reverted the move back, basically based on the notion to differentiate between two common leftwing party names in Latin America, Partido Obrero Revolucionario = Revolutionary Workers Party, Partido Revolucionario de los Trabajadores = Workers Revolutionary Party. In many countries there are both a POR and a PRT, and the naming translation needs to be somewhat consequent. --Soman (talk) 12:27, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
