Correction: Melody is not the first 3D animated film[edit]

Hi, all. I am researching stereoscopic animated films and would like to report an error. Melody is the first American animated film created in 3D, but it is not the first ever. That distinction goes to "The Owl and the Pussycat", a British short film created by Halas & Batchelor Cartoon Films in 1952. I'm happy to give more detail if needed. :) 75.183.97.255 (talk) 21:37, 4 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

More Detail[edit]

More detail could be added to the plot section —Preceding unsigned comment added by Spidlock (talkcontribs) 01:54, 7 April 2007 you know this started as a book

Disney Digital 3-D, RealD[edit]

I'd just like to note that RealD is not a production technology nor a 3D film format. It's a technology used in movie theatres to present the digital sources in 3D. There is no "movie in RealD" and specifically no "movie produced using RealD" (as was stated in this article), there are only digital movies in 3D, which can be presented using a number of technologies (RealD, Dolby 3D, Xpand, you-name-it). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.62.65.144 (talk) 14:11, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
