Assessed as "Start" standard with "High" importance. History could be expanded and wikified. A section on amateur RL in the area may be useful, as would some photographs (particularly any from previous eras) and a section on notable players. Tim Fellows 03:49, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll flag up this message at Talk:Workington Town - I don't know what criteria there are among the RL editing community for adding information like this to lists, and people there should be able to advise further. There are many online references to your injury (such as [1] and [2]), but I haven't found any to being presented with an international cap. Ghmyrtle (talk) 09:27, 23 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Matches prior to 1956[edit]

According to rugbyleagueproject.org, a number of rugby league matches took place at Derwent Park prior to being built and opened in 1956. Were games played on the site of Derwent Park before the stadium was built? Best Regards. DynamoDegsy (talk) 13:37, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
