The result of the move request was: No consensus. No arguments were brought for or against wp:common name. Closing as this has already been relisted twice. AsiaCargo Express → World Cargo Airline – The company has recently underwent a name change to reflect its new shareholders. Oppose. Our initial reaction to a change of official name should be to add the new name to the article lead (with a reference, which can at this stage be a primary source) while still noting and bolding the previous name, and creating a redirect from the new name to the article. Later if and when the new name appears in reliable secondary sources (and not until then) we can look at this in terms of wp:NAMECHANGES and see whether the article should be renamed. Article names[edit]

and the article mentions other names, specifically World Cargo Airlines Sdn Bhd (which isn't a contender for the article name, see Wikipedia:NCCORP and also as World Cargo Airline is trivially more concise, or should it be World Cargo Airlines with the s? Does either appear in reliable English secondary sources?), and POS ACE which the current article states is the common name but gives no reference for this.

The article name needs of course to be chosen in terms of the policy at wp:AT. But redirects from former names and others that may be commonly used should also exist. One from Gading Sari already does as a result of the previous move. Andrewa (talk) 17:34, 14 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
