To continue to improve the information provided in the article, I would like to add a section that addresses the environmental concerns that Xcel Energy incurs while generating power as well as the industry legislation that has passed regarding utility emissions. This information is a critical piece of the utility industry and these edits are intended to improve the article with factual, timely and non-advertorial information. Before adding this section, I would like to invite the Wikipedia community to give feedback on the addition of this content to the article.

- An "Environmental record" section would be normal for an article like this, usually containing its own mix of good and bad news. One thing to keep in mind is to avoid discussing legislation in general, and stay focused on the organization specifically. I also trimmed large quantities of promotionalism and cites to the company page to address the advert tag. I think the article is now reasonably neutral. I closed the request as "not specific enough" since there are no specific edits to be made. CorporateM (Talk) 20:57, 21 February 2013 (UTC)
