Removing cruft[edit]

As a result of the AfD, this article was tagged as "too long" and "fansite". This is why I removed many details over the last two days. The sections are still the same (Traditions, Meals, Swimming, Boating, Other) but the paragraphs are shorter.

It would be best if other people could comment on whether the fansite tag still applies. The "good things" (international campers, qualified staff, a wide variety of activities) are all true, so they seem okay to mention. But then again, I'm biased because I went to the camp. Anyone who finds negative publicity about Wanakita should not hesitate to add it for some balance. Connor Behan (talk) 09:41, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
