Singular or Plural[edit]

A well meaning new editor reunreplaced (pretend it is a real word) the is/are and one/some issues. I am thinking we should come up with some form of consensus as to whether this is a singular entity (since it is one building) or a plural (since it is a few flats).--☾Loriendrew☽ ☏(talk) 21:51, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
