The title of this article makes me laugh. It is a perfect example of Chinglish. In the Chinese language, the word mao (毛) can mean hair (毛髮) or feather (羽毛) depending on usage context. So the Chinese dish Wong Mo Gai, means yellow feathered chicken. Mentioning hair in the translation is not even biologically and scientifically correct. Birds have no hair!
