What needs citation and verification?[edit]

The article is marked as requiring citations and verification from reliable sources. I'd be happy to provide those, but I'm not sure what statements require these improvements. (I want to help, but I want to do it correctly).

Does the relationship between Dr. Kondo and Mr. Kotani require verification? http://www.sfwa.org/members/kotani/ ought to be sufficient. Seems odd to require citations to prove that he wrote books with his name on them, and I don't see that convention followed elsewhere.

His status as a recognized instructor of aikido can be verfied at http://www.aikidoamerica.com/html/organization.html
