Fair use rationale for Image:SHE-CD02.JPG[edit]

Image:SHE-CD02.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

  • Oppose: there are many youth societies. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 10:33, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. According to Wikipedia:Disambiguation, disambiguation is needed when "for a given word or phrase on which a reader might use the 'Go button', there is more than one Wikipedia article to which that word or phrase might be expected to lead." Here there's only one Wikipedia article for the phrase "youth society", so disambiguation is not needed. Jafeluv (talk) 11:31, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Neutral. I don't really care either way. If we keep the current title, it'll be pretty obvious that this is about an S.H.E album. If we change the title, then it'll still be about the album, as per Jafeluv. So I don't care-e-e-e-e. >_> Pandacomics (talk) 15:45, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Occasionally someone runs out and creates a slew of articles whenever anyone says that there is no article titled something, like Youth society, but really, until there are conflicting articles, there is no need to disambiguate for possible articles. And two articles can use a hatnote. 199.125.109.135 (talk) 18:41, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. No conflict with any other article title. Station1 (talk) 06:25, 22 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
