You're right. It also has edges between nodes 20 and 9, and between nodes 32 and 10, that shouldn't be there. I removed the diagram again, and I'll notify the user who added the diagram, although he hasn't edited in a month. I would substitute one of the many similar diagrams I found at Google Images, but unfortunately Wikipedia seems to think everybody is a copyright lawyer.
