Comment[edit]

I don't know about the claim that most zagnuts are bought online. I've eaten many of them and never had one from the internet. I do agree they are less available than the standard candies. JohnCub 20:31, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another Zagnut refence in TV/Movies:[edit]

Zagnut bars are also the preferred candy of Martin Short's character "Ed Grimley" -- we find this out in an episode of "SCTV" where Grimley is bribed by Fred Willard into doing a dance by the promise of a Zagnut. ````Jeremy —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Rallymodeller (talkcontribs) 05:19, 17 April 2007 (UTC). Page quality[edit]

Zagnuts are delicious and really deserve a better page... A.Arc (talk) 06:27, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

What do you recommend? Composition, history and impact: How much more can we write about a candy bar? Evilwillhunting (talk) 15:16, 27 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notable?[edit]

Muboshgu removed my prod, suggesting there are sufficient reliable sources available. Unfortunately, I haven't found them. Their suggestion was this, a blog from someone wondering why "Zagnuts" doesn't run a cross promotion with Gonzaga University. (Per WP:SPS, blogs are seldom acceptable sources, with none of the exceptions applying here.)

From what I can see, Zagnut simply fails WP:PRODUCT. There simply isn't enough here to write a reasonably detailed, reliably sourced article. - SummerPhDv2.0 23:44, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

SummerPhDv2.0, that one is admittedly weak. I also saw a headline with John Smoltz blaming a Zagnut for costing him a no-hitter. I suspect that a deeper search could turn up sources, hence I objected. Take it to AfD if you wish. – Muboshgu (talk) 00:11, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I admit some personal bias may have played in my decision. When I saw this on the expiring prod list, I thought to myself, I've heard of this candy bar, surely there are references? As an avowed deletionist, that was enough to change my mind about going through with it. I'll take a deeper look in the archives later. – Muboshgu (talk) 00:16, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

keep it, i needed to know of it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Upert (talkcontribs) 16:43, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
