Akce Zbečník[edit]

I have removed the section titled "Akce Zbečník" for the following reasons:

notability is an infrastructure renewal project on this small scale really of interest to a global readership? WP is not a local newspaper.
original research the section appears to be original research and does not offer any confirmation from recognised and reputable sources
language the contributor may find it easier and more productive to submit content to the Wikipedia instance in their native language (presumably Czech)
