Name?[edit]

Why is this article titled 'Ziya Onis', when the person's name is Öniş? Is there a WP policy against using diacritics in article names? I'm guessing not, since eg. Déborah François and Kimi Räikkönen use them. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:02, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
