"Tangled Up" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Billy Currington. He co-wrote the single with Aimee Mayo and Chris Lindsey and produced it with James Stroud. It was released through Mercury Nashville on June 15, 2007, as the intended lead single for his third studio album project.[1] In the middle of 2007, he contracted laryngitis which forced him to cancel all live performances. When the album Little Bit of Everything was released in 2008, "Tangled Up" was not included.

The song peaked at number 30 on the US Hot Country Songs. It was included in his 2011 compilation album Icon.
