This newly promoted GA passes the newness and length criteria. Striking ALT1 because I am unable to find an inline citation for this fact. I added the year to the hooks. The article is neutral but I made no attempts to check for close paraphrasing/copyright problems (sources mostly offline, 320 citations). No QPQ review needed.
