  1. It's new.
  2. It's long enough.
  3. It's neutral and seems free of copyright issues but several paragraphs lack inline citations.
  4. The hook is short enough but might be tighter - see ALT1
  5. The hook seems interesting, is sourced and ok otherwise
  6. There's no QPQ but the nominator seems to have less than 5 DYKs according to their user page
  7. The image used is free and is colourful. The lead image was a featured picture but I suppose it wouldn't be so good as a tiny thumbnail.

  • At least some of this article is a copyright violation. For example, "One of the most evident outcomes of this program was that the river became a major hub for the traditional Christmas celebrations. Local neighborhoods and communities were responsible for the designs and motifs for the lights, expressing the aesthetic of the local people. As a result, the popular paisa aesthetic, baroque and colorful, infiltrated these new spaces and architectural arrangements." is copied from source #10.
