  • This substantial and impressive article is new enough and long enough. I am approving the original hook, which I tweaked, as being interesting and having inline citations. (I was going to also approve ALT1 but then had doubts about the "six years" because the report seems to be dated 2012.) The other hooks may be correct but I have not checked them, and I have struck them merely for clarity. The article seems neutral to me and I did not detect any policy issues.
