The article wasn't created or expanded on Feb 9. I've moved it to April 20 according to expansion in article history.
However article was expanded from a prose size of 13432 to 21559, a 1.6x expansion that is well short of 5x. Chris857 (talk) 23:37, 20 April 2012 (UTC)
