  • The first two are great. The third one is confirmed by her own admission. While I don't doubt she's right, a third-party fact checker is preferable.-Esprit15d • talkcontribs 16:07, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Gotcha - I don't see that info anywhere else, so I'm happy with just the first two hooks. AviationFreak💬 16:28, 10 November 2020 (UTC)
  • Where is the full DYK review? Returning this to WP:DYKN. Yoninah (talk) 19:20, 21 November 2020 (UTC)
Article is new enough and long enough, and free from close paraphrasing. All paragraphs are cited; hooks are cited inline and verified. I prefer the first hook as it's more eye-catching than simply being the fifth, but ALT0 probably needs to be reworded to something like "as of 2020" since the hook won't always be true. QPQ has been done. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 09:48, 27 November 2020 (UTC)
Does ALT0b:... that Michelle Curran was the fifth female pilot to fly with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds as of 2020? Source: "Now, as the fifth woman ever to fly with the Thunderbirds..." [4] work? AviationFreak💬 17:15, 27 November 2020 (UTC)
@AviationFreak: I was thinking more of the "only female pilot" angle. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 00:02, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
@Narutolovehinata5: D'oh! I had the wrong hook - How about ALT0c: ... that Michelle Curran was the only female flying with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds as of 2020? Source: "Major Michelle Curran, call sign "Mace," is the only female fighter pilot on the Thunderbirds..." [5] AviationFreak💬 01:11, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
Shouldn't it be "is" assuming the hook runs in 2020? Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 13:40, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
Ok, wasn't sure how futureproofed we were going for - ALT0d: ... that Michelle Curran is the only female flying with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds as of 2020? AviationFreak💬 17:02, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
That should do it. Just add the wording to the article (probably by replacing the word "currently") and this will be good to go. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 10:14, 29 November 2020 (UTC)
Done, thanks for the review! AviationFreak💬 15:49, 29 November 2020 (UTC)
Okay, that should be good to go. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 02:24, 30 November 2020 (UTC)
