• New enough (created on 15 August) and long enough. The article is about a sensitive topic but is written neutrally and very well referenced. AGF for close paraphrasing since the vast majority of sources are in Spanish. The hook fact is cited to a Spanish news article but is easily confirmed through Google Translate.
