Naoum Mokarzel[edit]

  • This was a very interesting read, especially for an Arab American like myself. Size, date of nom, hook citations, and QPQ all check out. No detected copyvio. The original hook and ALT2 are good, but I think the original hook is the better of the two. There are a few issues, however, that I've listed below.
One, there should be a consistent name used for the subject in the article body because currently "Naoum" and "Mokarzel" are both used throughout. Typically, the last name is used, but I'll leave which part of his name to use up to you.
Second, the ref name="blank50" format should be used for repeat citations. I fixed a couple of these, there might be more.
Third, there's no citation given for the first passage of the "Female literacy" section.
Lastly, the first passage in the "Views and activism" section contains a number or opinions which should be attributed (and preferably quoted) to the opinion holders, such as the author perhaps.
