Official Record Store Chart[edit]

Alabama Shakes performing live in 2012

  • Comment - pretty sure it should be "was" not "were" as the band is a single entity. The hook is good, but it might be a little clearer if the album and band name are paired together. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 02:58, 23 April 2012 (UTC)
  • Alt 1: ... that Boys & Girls by Alabama Shakes (pictured) was the first album to top the Official Record Store Chart?
  • Per MOS:PLURALS, collective nouns like band names are often treated as plural in British English. I'm generally fine with the alt hook; my only concern is that, with that particular construction, it could be read as though it is the album that is being pictured, although obviously that is not the case. Thanks for the review! A Thousand Doors (talk | contribs) 09:01, 23 April 2012 (UTC)

- Article meets date and size requirements, hook (either) is interesting and sourced. This seems ready to go. ▫ JohnnyMrNinja 06:08, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
