- Length ok, creation date fine. The prose is a bit choppy--very just-the-facts-ma'am, almost a list, but fine for a DYK. (Suggestion, but not required: work on the prose some to vary the language and to make the article a little more interesting.) Hook ok, but I suggest this: "...was named a first-team All-American three times and had a 106-19 record as a pitcher for the Michigan Wolverines?
