Since I don't mean to start an edit war, I invite you to read the rules of Serie B.
If the 16th-placed team finishes 5 or more points ahead of the 17th-placed team, the relegation play-out is not played. Especially I'm referring to Reggiana's case. They have 34 points, Pordenone have 42. Even if they won and Pordenone lost the next game, they would have 37 and 42 points, that means direct relegation.
