Change from 'autonomous' to 'provincial'[edit]

I have made the above change because autonomous in English means something subtly different than its meaning in Spanish. Teams are not autonomous, it is the provinces that are autonomous and the inclusion of the word to describe a basketball (or any sporting) team is not correct.
