- Hull Castors (Beavers) (1968-70) / Volants (1970-72) / Festivals (1972-73) - to "Q" 73-74
- Ottawa Capitals (1965-67)
- Ottawa Furies (1964-66)
- Ottawa Montagnards (1961-63) / suspended operations 1 year / (1964-65)
- Pembroke Royals (1979-80)
- Pembroke C&A’s (1961-62) / Ironmen (1963-64) (still trying to link to Lumber Kings, would hold off adding for now)
- Rockland Nationals (1972-77) - There is a Jr B team that starts up the same year the Jr A team ceases operations, looking for link between the two
