Criteria for differentiating between major and minor stations in Cleveland?[edit]
The Pennsylvania Railroad timetable of August 6, 1950 on Table 26 [1] shows local trains stopping at these stations on the East Side of Cleveland, Ohio: Pennsylvania Station [the old Union Depot], Euclid Avenue, Woodland Avenue, Harvard Avenue and Grace Street. Only Union Depot and Euclid Avenue, among these would be major stations in Cleveland? Named trains stopped at those first two stations; however, additional Cleveland - Youngstown - Pittsburgh trains stopped at Harvard Avenue as well. @Dogru144: I was thinking the criteria (besides Amtrak) is that the station is a terminal for inter-state services, or major named trains. Cards84664 00:10, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Dogru144: It's a bit iffy for me, since pre-1959 it appears to be alight-only (I can send you the PRR excerpt of the 1955 Official Guide if you want it). Post-1959 I wouldn't count since by that point it was stopping at every station. Cards84664 02:33, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
