Template talk:Districts of Seville

Which were the criteria to include these randomly selected neighbourhoods? I think it would be better to create a template with the districts. There are so much more neighbourhoods in Seville than these ones; if we keep a template of the neighbourhoods it can get huge. Apart from that, how are they currently sorted?
