"Districts" of Ellesmere Port?[edit]

Amongst other verifiable places, this template lists the following as "districts" of Ellesmere Port:

  • Canal Village - unable to locate, assume its a development by the Shropshire Union Canal?
  • Central & Grange is a local government ward (as of 2021) covering the town centre
  • Chandler's Edge appears to be no more than a housing development in the Netherpool (docklands) area of Westminster ward [1]
  • The Coliseum is a shopping centre. If it's included, then perhaps so should Cheshire Oaks? [2]
  • Hope Farm is a housing estate or locale in Great Sutton [3]
  • Parklands is a road & school in Little Sutton [4]
  • Pioneer Park is a business park in the Netherpool area [5]
  • Rivacre is a small residential area near Rivacre Valley Nature Reserve
  • Rossmore is an industrial estate near Overpool [6] and a school in Little Sutton
  • Stanney Grange is in Wolverham
  • Strawberry Fields is a housing estate (and roundabout) that overlaps Great Sutton and Whitby/Whitbyheath [7]

Several of these places are not significant suburban areas of Ellesmere Port and are better defined as housing/commercial developments or maybe placenames used by estate agents. Most don't appear on maps or in any reliable sources I've found. Both the references were retrieved in 2012/13 and are now dead, therefore cannot be verified. All but two in the list still don't have a Wikipedia article - and those that do have not expanded at all since they were created. So are these places notable enough to be in this template?
