I have removed the note. The template can't have a note which has no functional meaning in the context of a short geographical list. The note is out of place and it's bigger than the template.--Maleschreiber (talk) 00:39, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
That is not the context, it's something entirely different - the status of the disputed territory. It is placed per WP:NPOV as opinions and viewpoints of all sides in the dispute (and that goes worldwide, ~50/50) need to be respected, which is is a basic rule on Wikipedia which is ignored here. Actually if the note has to be added there would be no point of having the POV template which mentions it as being located in Serbia, that you added back, in the first place. Ahmet Q. (talk) 00:51, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
