Framingham station[edit]

{{Framingham station}} @Whoop whoop pull up and Pi.1415926535: I was working on the diagram, and this is what I gleaned from bing maps. Is it correct? Useddenim (talk) 03:39, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Everything you have marked as active lines is correct, as is the wye of the Milford Branch. The line you have marked as ? was a short industrial spur that served Sherborn Prison (now MCI Framingham) and some industry; there's no need to show it on a diagram about a passenger service. What you have marked as a connector between the Framingham Secondary and the Milford Branch is actually the right of way of the Sudbury Aqueduct; it was never used by railroads. The RDT as you currently have it should be fine. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 13:53, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Saxonville Branch[edit]

Shouldn't this be shown with a simple   (CONTgq)? Useddenim (talk) 16:52, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Saxonville Branch is long, long dead. Passenger service ended in 1936, and freight service has been gone for a while. Rails are removed from the whole ROW; they're just waiting for CSX and the local yokels to agree on a sales price so it can become a trail. I removed it because there's no reason it should be shown here. This diagram should show the Framingham/Worcester Line service; the details of the physical infrastructure should be on {{Boston and Albany Railroad RDT}} or something like that. Mass Turnpike[edit]

Do the railway and Turnpike parallel each other, or just cross back and forth? Useddenim (talk) 16:52, 8 September 2016 (UTC) They are very much parallel - part of the Pike lanes actually sit on the former 3rd and 4th track berths. However, I think it's awfully cluttering to show the Pike here - as I noted above, this RDT should be for the service. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 17:58, 8 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The Pan Am trackage to Ayer?[edit]

Anyone feel like adding to the route diagram the Pan Am line between Worcester and Ayer? It's the one that was used for northside-southside equipment moving while the Grand Junction was under reconstuction. I don't know how to make the diagrams myself, that's why I'm asking. Thanks very much! World Metro (talk) 17:42, 28 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

That does not belong on this template. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 00:33, 2 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
